Purpose of the service
IdeaVanta provides educational material, software-testing tools, historical reports, public observation data, and limited access to VantaBox during public testing. The service is not investment management or personal financial advice.
Independent author project
IdeaVanta is an independent author project for developing and testing trading software. Registration requires acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics is a separate choice: refusing it does not remove access to the service.
Eligibility: 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or use VantaBox account services, including bot access requests and licensed downloads. You must provide an accurate date of birth and confirm your age during registration. Do not register on behalf of a person under 18 or give them access through your account. Age eligibility does not replace manual license approval, broker eligibility rules, or restrictions that apply where you live. Accounts belonging to people under 18 or using false registration information may be restricted or closed.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, and activity under your credentials. Access may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or revoked when needed for security, misuse prevention, licensing, or testing capacity.
Software use
Licensed downloads may be used only by the approved user and on approved accounts. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, or represent VantaBox as your own product unless written permission is provided.
No performance promise
Historical, demo, and public observation results are supplied for inspection. They are not guarantees, forecasts, or promises of income. You are responsible for configuration, monitoring, and any decision to use real funds.
Availability and changes
Testing-stage features, data, supported configurations, and access terms may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, data correction, or technical reasons.
Third-party services
MetaTrader, hosting, analytics, brokers, and community services are operated by third parties under their own terms. IdeaVanta does not control their availability, execution, pricing, or data practices.
Links to copy trading
The author may share links to third-party platforms where users can choose to copy the author's trades. The author does not manage visitors' accounts. Users enable and configure copying with the relevant provider under that provider's terms. Copying can result in losses and different results from the source account. A link or historical result is not a promise of suitability or profit. Any relevant affiliate compensation is described in the Affiliate Disclosure.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Risk warnings and the testing-stage nature of the project do not waive those rights.
