Information we process
When you create an account or request access, the service may process your email address, name, optional Discord username, password hash, request details, broker or trading-account identifiers, license status, IP address, security events, and service activity logs.
Age restriction and date of birth
Account registration and access to VantaBox account services are restricted to people aged 18 or older. During registration, we ask for your date of birth and confirmation that you are at least 18. The date is processed to check eligibility on the server; it is not saved to your account database, included in application notifications, or used for marketing. This is a check of information you provide, not independent identity verification. If you believe a person under 18 has registered, contact the administrator so the account can be reviewed and access restricted, and unnecessary personal data removed, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Why it is processed
The information is used to operate accounts, review access requests, enforce licenses, protect the service, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain an audit trail. It is not presented as a public trading profile.
Necessary cookies and storage
Session cookies support sign-in, security and services you request. They are not used for audience measurement. We also store your cookie choice and its date in this browser for up to 180 days, where browser storage is available. Blocking essential session cookies may prevent sign-in; rejecting analytics does not prevent registration, license requests or use of the site.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 and our audience-attribution tracking run only after you select Accept analytics. Until then, or if you reject, this site does not load the Google Analytics tag or send its analytics events. If accepted, Google may receive usage events, browser/device information, IP address and page/referrer information. We omit URL queries and fragments from the page/referrer values we configure, disable advertising signals in our tag configuration, and do not run GA4 on account, administration or email-activation pages. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days; their lifetime may be renewed during use. This cookie duration is not a statement of the retention period for data already processed by Google.
Changing your analytics choice
Use Cookie settings on any page to accept or reject analytics. Withdrawing consent disables further GA4 collection by this site, clears accessible GA cookies and our stored attribution, and does not reload your form or sign you out. It does not undo processing already performed before withdrawal or automatically delete records already held by Google. Necessary cookies remain active. Consent to analytics is optional and separate from acceptance of the Terms of Use and acknowledgement of this Privacy Policy.
Registration acknowledgement
For a successful new registration, we record the account identifier, time, acceptance of the Terms, acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy, adult confirmation and a fingerprint of the legal document version shown. The date of birth is not part of this record. This record documents the registration agreement; it is not consent to analytics, marketing or every possible use of personal data.
Storage and retention
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Operational data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for account, licensing, security, support, and applicable legal purposes. Backups and security records may be retained for a limited additional period.
Sharing
Data may be handled by hosting, email, analytics, and security providers needed to operate the site. IdeaVanta does not claim to sell personal data. Affiliate partners receive data only when you independently follow an authenticated partner link and interact with that third party.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, subject to security and legal retention needs. Use the authenticated account area or the IdeaVanta Discord community to contact the administrator.
Security and limitations
Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary financial information through support messages.
