Information we process
When you create an account or request access, the service may process your email address, name, optional Discord username, password hash, request details, broker or trading-account identifiers, license status, IP address, security events, and service activity logs.
Why it is processed
The information is used to operate accounts, review access requests, enforce licenses, protect the service, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain an audit trail. It is not presented as a public trading profile.
Cookies and analytics
Essential session cookies are used for sign-in and security. Google Analytics 4 is loaded on public pages to understand aggregate site usage. Google may process device, browser, referral, and interaction data under its own terms.
Storage and retention
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Operational data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for account, licensing, security, support, and applicable legal purposes. Backups and security records may be retained for a limited additional period.
Sharing
Data may be handled by hosting, email, analytics, and security providers needed to operate the site. IdeaVanta does not claim to sell personal data. Affiliate partners receive data only when you independently follow an authenticated partner link and interact with that third party.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, subject to security and legal retention needs. Use the authenticated account area or the IdeaVanta Discord community to contact the administrator.
Security and limitations
Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary financial information through support messages.
